Florida Quality Roofing was contracted by repeating customer Mr. Gurfinkel, to install a new roof on another one of his properties located in North Miami Beach.  The project was coordinated with extra caution since the property was leased to a mattress store and it was roofed during Miami’s rainy summer season. Needless to say, we watched the weather carefully (as we normally do) and the roof project was completed on time and on budget. We pride ourselves in always meeting and exceeding expectations and this was no exception.

We installed a Self-Adhered Modified Bitumen system with sloped insulation to allow for proper water drainage. A self adhered roofing system uses no kettle or hazardous flames. It is as the name says, self adhering and requires no use of roofing kettles. We continually recommend this system as we are becoming a more sustainable roofing company and moving towards the future of clean energy efficient roofing systems.
