As a professional roofing company, we always want to know: HOW ARE WE DOING?
And, who better to ask than YOU, our customers? The challenge on getting accurate feedback is timing, you want to ask the right questions at the right time. There are always those clients who are more than willing to give you a review, etc. However, the trick is getting everyone to give us input on their experience, that will let us know if we are being consistent. Thankfully, we’ve come up with creative ways to get YOUR input, with the help of the internet of course. Online reviews are great! They allow clients to make quick reviews and get on with their lives. We started using online reviews recently, and so far – so good!
Here’s one of our first reviews:
As a licensed GC, I have used several different roofing contractors over the years, and none have been more professional or reliable than Florida Quality Roofing. I recently called them to do a re-roof on a property in West Palm Beach. The owner showed up himself to do the estimate, he emailed me a very detailed proposal within 24 hours, and once I gave him the green light to start the job, his team in the office started processing the permit application right away. Their crew of workers were uniformed guys that were clearly insured and on their payroll, not a bunch of day laborers that were picked up in front of Home Depot, like I have seen with other roofing companies. Also, their workers used all the proper safety harnesses, lanyards, etc., and they passed all the inspections the first time. I definitely plan on using them again. Matt Rosen
